Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate contact details (name, mobile number, and email where requested) to place an order.
- Storefront sign-in uses a one-time email code. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or that violate these terms.
- Business / wholesale buyers may be asked to share trade details before pricing is confirmed.
Orders and confirmation
An order submitted online or via WhatsApp is a request to purchase. It becomes binding only after our team verifies stock, configuration, price, and delivery or pickup options and confirms acceptance with you.
- We may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm details before dispatch.
- If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative, a waitlist option, or cancellation of that line item.

Pricing, currency, and quotes
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may change due to supplier costs, currency movement, or stock conditions.
- Products marked for enquiry (no listed price) are quoted on request via WhatsApp.
- Retail and wholesale pricing modes may show different amounts. Wholesale pricing can require minimum quantities and may apply only through our UAE wholesale desk.
- Taxes, customs, or local fees (if applicable) will be explained before you finalize payment or WhatsApp confirmation.
- Currency conversion on the site is for display convenience; the amount confirmed by our team is the amount that applies to your order.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are confirmed during order verification and may include cash on delivery/pickup, bank transfer, or other methods we announce. Full payment clearance may be required before dispatch for certain products or wholesale shipments.

Warranty overview
Eligible products may include manufacturer or store warranty as stated at purchase. Warranty does not replace your rights under the Refund Policy for eligible exchanges.
